Website contains articles, recipes, and information about educational programs. Forks Over Knives - The Cookbook is comprehensive and useful.

 

John McDougall, MD: Website includes a free 10-day meal plan, articles, recipes, information about residential programs at Dr. McDougall’s Health & Medical Center, and webinars. Along with Mary McDougall, author of The Starch Solution and The Healthiest Diet on the Planet.

 

NutritionFacts.org: Michael Greger, MD, analyzes and summarizes the latest research in daily videos and blogs that are factual, consumer-friendly, and without commercial bias. PlantPure Nation: A 2015 documentary and movement to promote the power of plant-based eating to repair our health care crisis. Website includes a PlantPureChallenge, as well as meal-starter kits and recipes. Their ready-made frozen entrees are moderately priced and very convenient. Kim Campbell’s PlantPure Nation Cookbook and PlantPure Kitchen Cookbook contain practical, easy-to-follow recipes.
